If you sign up for my services, or are placed on my waiting list, then your personal data will be held in a password-encrypted file stored on a password-protected account:

Names of student and parent/guardian

Age or school year group of student

Email address/Facebook messenger account and phone numbers of parent/guardian

Home addresses are still required for online learning for safeguarding and emergency reasons.

Anything else considered relevant to the services provided such as notes regarding learning and interests.

How Information is Used

Information may be collected in different ways, e.g. Facebook Messenger, text message, email, LinkedIn and the contact form on the website. This information may be used to answer questions, make a booking or receive payment Email addresses and phone numbers are also stored in email and phone contacts. Any information that is retained is secured and password protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any other party unless you authorise it. You always have the opportunity to access and correct your personal information at any time.
